2010 CORD ACADEMIC ASSEMBLY
Call for Abstracts
CORD is now accepting abstracts for review for
poster presentation at the CORD 2010 Academic Assembly in Orlando,
FL, March 3-6, 2010. Authors are encouraged to submit work involving
all aspects of education; such as educational modalities, assessment
techniques, program and faculty development, and competency-based
research.
Submissions can be in either of two formats:
Descriptive reports of educational
innovations:
Educational purpose of rationale
Design
Methods used for implementation
Results if applicable
Conclusion
Research abstracts:
Purpose or
hypothesis with the introductory material as needed
Methods to
include design, setting, participants, interventions and
observations to demonstrate how
the study was conducted
Results present in suffi cient detail to support the conclusion
Conclusions reached, with important limitations if applicable
Abstracts must be submitted electronically to http://abstracts.cordem.org or if you wish to have your abstract considered for both CORD AA & SAEM Annual Meeting please submit electronically to FORMS and must be received
by December 2, 2009, 5:00 pm EST. Innovations submissions may be submitted to CORD Abstracts until December 15, 2009, 5:00 pm EST.
Alternative presentation modalities such as
video, computer simulation, etc. will be considered
