Abstract Submissions are Open! Deadline for Submissions December 1!

Abstract Submissions for the 2016 Academic Assembly are now open. The advances in Education Research and Innovation Forum will present a peer-reviewed selection of emergency medicine graduate and undergraduate educational research and innovations. Emphasis will be placed on novel research questions and designs. We encourage Innovation submissions which may include curricular designs, computer applications, faculty development, recruitment processes or similar topics. Submissions can be in either of two formats: Medical Educational Research or Medical Education Innovation. CORD will work with the authors to maximize the chance of acceptance at the Academic Assembly.

CORD is working with ABEM and Maestro to create a platform and the cases that can be used for the Mock eOral Boards.  Several cases are currently available and more are being created.

To gain access to the cases available you will need to read and sign the CORD eOral Software Agreement. Also, please read the CORD Residency LOA FAQs. It is very important that you read the FAQs prior to signing the agreement as they will explain the arrangements between ABEM, Maestro and CORD and should answer most questions.
Please complete and return the signed Letters of Agreement to the CORD Business Office. If you have any questions please contact the CORD office at cord@cordem.org.

We have now set up a quarterly update schedule for the eOral software. Click here to view this schedule.

The 2016 National Emergency Medicine CPC, co-sponsored by ACEP, CORD, EMRA and SAEM, will be held at the 2016 CORD Academic Assembly in Nashville, TN. Preliminary Round cases are currently with the judges for scoring. Programs will be notified of acceptance by December 21, 2015
