The purpose of this community of practice is to provide a forum for CORD members with the sole role of Vice Chairs of Education (VCE) to discuss issues relevant to their practice. VCEs require a dedicated space within the CORD community given the unique and emerging role.

Objectives & Goals: 

1. Create a CORD Consensus/Best Practices Document outlining the VCE framework job description and put forward by CORD, discuss joint roles, size of the institution, partnership with higher ups, optional additions etc.  
2. Create a Vice Chair/Chair/DIO CORD track
3. Create a document outlining academic RVUs, holy grail, generating resources best practices document
4. Develop junior, mid career and senior member areas for focused  collaboration and professional development and mentorship pairings
5. Create subgroups such as funding, webinar creation, mini-conferences (pre/post day)
