Competition Submission Rules
- You cannot have presented at CORD Academic Assembly before.
- You must be a junior or senior faculty member or completing your last year of residency.
- Record a 60-second video clip of yourself discussing your topic idea and upload it with your application.
- If accepted, plan to attend, in person, at CORD Academic Assembly 2027 in Atlanta, GA, on Sunday, April 18, 2027.
Win at AA27
If you win the competition at AA27, you will be invited to present at CORD Academic Assembly in 2028.

- Whether the topic has been submitted to CORD or another conference, and where and when
- Session description (100-word limit)
- Target audience
- Three goals and objectives (used for CME if the session is selected)
- Three deliverables or takeaways for your audience
- Three topic areas the session could fit
- Your 60-second video
Video file name: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, TOPIC TITLE. Do not submit a PowerPoint; it will not be accepted as your video submission.
By submitting, you grant and authorize CORD the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all video and content submissions, to be used in and/or for any lawful purpose.
