The ACGME has released the revised Program Requirements for Graduate Medical Education in Emergency Medicine, outlining important changes that emergency medicine residency programs will need to prepare for ahead of implementation.
CORD is committed to helping our members understand and navigate these changes. We encourage program leaders, faculty, and coordinators to review the new requirements and begin considering how they may impact your program’s curriculum, operations, and educational practices.
This release is an important step in the implementation process, and CORD will continue to develop resources, education, and opportunities for members to help programs prepare for the changes.
