The Well-Being Committee (formerly the Resilience Committee) is a working group dedicated to improving the wellness and resilience of residents, faculty and residency programs at an individual, community, and institutional and organizational level.

If you are looking for guidance in holistic recruitment, retention, or inclusion of URiM, the CORD DEI Committee has worked to create a consult form to put you in touch with skilled colleagues that can help year-round.
